If an item does not meet with your total satisfaction for any reason, you are welcome to return it, after informing the Venetian Mirror Centre that this is your intention (essential for obtaining a refund). Unlike many other shops, with the Venetian Mirror Centre there are no cheeky re-stocking fees!!

You must however notify us in writing of your wish to return your purchase within 7 days of receiving it. We will issue a numbered return note, which must accompany the returned goods.

We are unable to offer refunds on bespoke commissions, as they are by their nature custom made individual items. This also includes special orders, and off-catalogue items.

The written consent of the Venetian Mirror Centre must be obtained before cancellation of any order becomes operative. Please notify us by email or telephone. Under no circumstances may goods be returned without first notifying the Company.

Any return which arises from a clearly defined visible manufacturing defect, or due to a non-conformity of the goods delivered to the goods ordered, will after verification by the Venetian Mirror Centre, entitle the buyer to a full credit to his/her credit card.

The returned goods should be carefully packed in their original packaging, to minimise, risk of damage in transit.

Please note that if the goods are damaged in transit due to insufficient packaging we will be unable to provide you with a full refund. The amount deducted will depend on the damage that has been caused.

Undamaged unwanted goods must be returned unused.
